In response to general concerns about coronavirus, COVID-19, OATH is temporarily allowing respondents who have upcoming hearings at OATH to appear by phone. To schedule a date and time to have a Hearing by Phone, which allows you to speak to an OATH Hearing Officer over the phone and email your evidence to the Hearing Officer, you must contact OATH *before* your upcoming hearing date.
